Terms and Conditions for Reservations, Confirmations, and Quotes

At C-Suite Limousine, we value your trust and strive to make every interaction smooth, fair, and transparent. These terms outline how we go about reservations, payments, and service to ensure your experience is effortless and enjoyable.

Reservations, Rates, and Payments

We stand by every quoted rate — your confirmed hourly or transfer price includes all applicable taxes and fees. Airport transfers also cover parking, tolls, and airport charges when arranged in advance. Should additional expenses arise during your trip, we’ll notify you promptly and list them clearly on your final bill, so there are no surprises.

Quotes remain valid for 24 hours, and payment within that window secures your reservation. For invoices exceeding $2,000, a 50% deposit can hold the booking, with the balance due before service. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and cash for existing clients. A suggested 20% gratuity is added for your convenience, though it’s entirely optional and may be adjusted — 100% of tips go directly to your chauffeur.

Sedans and SUVs can often be reserved with as little as 20 minutes’ notice, while Sprinters and coaches usually require one to two hours, depending on availability. To make changes, you can call, text, or use our self-service portal, and we’ll gladly assist you every step of the way.

Cancellations, Wait Times, and Delays

We know plans can shift, and we do our best to accommodate changes. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are refunded in full minus a $50 processing fee. Between 48 and 72 hours, a 50% refund applies. Within 48 hours of pickup, cancellations are non-refundable. For standard vehicles, changes made within two hours of pickup incur the full fare; specialty vehicles may have separate policies, especially during special events.

We track flights in real time to adjust to your arrival. Grace periods apply before billing for wait time:

  • International Flights: 1 hour after landing
  • Domestic Flights: 20 minutes after landing
  • Sea Ports: 30 minutes after disembarkation
  • Non-Port Pickups: 20 minutes after scheduled pickup

If unexpected traffic, weather, or road closures delay your trip, we’ll communicate promptly and provide comparable service as soon as possible. While we can’t control external conditions, fairness and open communication always guide our response.

Vehicle Care, Conduct, and Additional Services

We take great care to maintain our fleet in exceptional condition. Please help us keep it that way. Smoking is prohibited and subject to a $1,000 cleaning fee. Spills requiring deep cleaning incur a $250 sanitation fee, burns or damage incur a $150 fee, and any bodily fluid cleanup incurs a $500 sanitation charge. Alcohol consumption by anyone under the legal drinking age is not permitted. If conduct jeopardizes safety, chauffeurs may end service without a refund. We kindly remind you to check for belongings before exiting, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

If you’d like to add extra stops or services, we’re happy to accommodate. Additional stops are $20 for sedans and SUVs, starting at $50 for specialty vehicles. Meet-and-greet service is available for $20 (sedans/SUVs) or from $150 (specialty vehicles). Car seats are $20 per seat per trip, and pickups between 12:00 a.m. and 4:59 a.m. include a 20% after-hours fee.

Communication, Satisfaction, and Policy Updates

To ensure effortless coordination, please provide a valid mobile number so your chauffeur can reach you upon arrival. Missed pickups resulting from missing or incorrect contact details fall outside our responsibility.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We genuinely want every experience to meet your expectations, and we’ll always work with you to make things right. Updates to these terms will appear on our website, by email, or in our app. Continued use of our services confirms your agreement with any updates. No term may be altered without written consent from an authorized representative of C-Suite Limousine.

Questions and Legal Information

The laws of the State of Florida govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the state, though we’re committed to resolving concerns directly and respectfully whenever possible.
