How much advance notice do you need to book a reservation? +

Sedans and SUVs can be booked with as little as 20 minutes notice. Specialty vehicles like Sprinters, limousines, and motor coaches typically need 1-2 hours. Booking ahead gives you the widest vehicle selection and lets us coordinate every detail properly.

What if my flight is delayed or arrives early? +

We track all flights using your flight number, so we monitor your actual arrival time and adjust automatically. Whether you're delayed or land early, we're already positioned accordingly. This applies to both commercial and private aviation.

How do I contact my chauffeur on the day of service? +

Twenty-four hours before pickup, you'll receive a chauffeur card with your driver's name, direct phone number, vehicle type, and license plate. You reach your chauffeur directly, not a call center.

What's your cancellation policy? +

Cancellations over 72 hours before service: full refund minus $50 processing fee. Between 48-72 hours: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours: non-refundable. The earlier you cancel, the more flexibility we have.

Are pets allowed in your vehicles? +

Generally, yes, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis based on vehicle type and pet size. Let us know when you book, and we'll confirm which vehicles work best for your situation.

Can I request car seats for young children? +

Yes. Car seats are $20 per seat per trip. We provide infant carriers, convertible seats, and booster seats matched to your child's age and weight. Just specify what you need when booking.

What kind of training do your chauffeurs receive? +

All chauffeurs undergo FBI/FDLE background checks, driving record reviews, and drug testing. Training includes VIP etiquette, confidentiality protocols, defensive driving, vehicle-specific operation, emergency procedures, and flight/traffic monitoring systems. Quarterly refresher courses maintain our standards.

Is there a fee for additional stops along the way? +

Yes. Sedans and SUVs: $20 per stop. Specialty vehicles: starting at $50 per stop. Let us know when booking if you need multiple stops so we can coordinate timing.

What are your grace periods for airport pickups? +

We build in buffer time so you're never feeling rushed. Standard pickups include a 20-minute grace period. Domestic flights get 30 minutes after landing to collect baggage and exit the terminal. International arrivals receive a full hour for customs and immigration. If your service runs beyond the scheduled drop-off time, overtime charges begin after the first 15 minutes and are billed in 30-minute increments.

When will I be charged for my service? +

A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your reservation and confirm your date and vehicle. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled service. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and cash (existing clients only). Your receipt is sent via email after service.

Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed? +

Yes, via phone at (855) 551-1299 , text, or self-service portal. Changes with adequate notice typically don't incur fees. Last-minute adjustments may result in charges depending on timing and availability.
